why only do legal things when you are the libtard democrap party that feels all laws are for other people and you can do what ever you want without any responsibility on your part???

As far as I know the governor has a line item veto, so he can delete parts if he wants to.

Especially when you are secure in the knowledge that, no matter what, you will never be held to account.

No. He gets his innings with the authors of the bills, and if he does not like what comes to his desk, he can veto the whole bill.

If the legislature wants such language, a follow-on bill would be required.

According to regular rules, that should not be possible until 2023.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Someone has to find the bill where this change has been amended in. (ETA - not possible to amend the bill that has already been chaptered)

Also, such bill would have to be declared, and voted to be, an 'urgency' bill, or that proposed amendment would not take effect until Jan 1 2023.

Can you cite a source for at least the info you posted, if not the actual notice of amendment of the law?
