If you're trying to polish stainless steel, Scotchbrite pads (green-no soap) will produce a nice statin finish like a factory finish and remove small marks from stainless guns. If you're trying to produce a chrome like finish on stainless, Leadaway cloth (if it's still sold here---don't know) will give you a shine like bright chrome...
    Good luck!

Seems in cold weather folks would put some in their car's washer fluid.keeps it from freezing. But apparently pollutes.
they banned it but have a dozen or so corn squeezers making it here and mandating its use in every gallon of gasoline you buy.

According to the Amazon description this one is made and shipped from SoCal.

I was able to get to the checkout confirmation.

I don't know about regional bans, but it appears possible to get it shipped to Oakland.

                                That's a weird IIIA.
It's got the wood grips like the earlier model IIIA's which had a straight front strap, but it's got the flared front strap and the vent rib on the slide of the later IIIA's.
I have a late IIIA and it has plastic grips with a pronounced thumbrest as well as the flared front strap and the vent rib.

                                Here is an early IIIA:

And here is a late IIIA:

Your gun looks like the grips are properly flared in the front though so maybe it's a pre-gca68 model where they had already transitioned to the flared frame and rib but before the plastic thumbrest grips to satisfy gca68.
I would call that a mid generation IIIA.
