How many guns can I sell?

I moved (back) to California a couple years ago from a more freedom loving state. in the process, I brought back some off roster handguns with me. I would like to sell some of them now, and get a nice rifle. How many can I sell before I trigger any red flags? Any certian number per month or year? Any info that I might need to know? Thanks all!

(a) As used in Section 31815 and in Division 6 (commencing with Section 26500) of Title 4, "infrequent" means both of the following are true:
(1) The person conducts less than six transactions per calendar year.
(2) The person sells, leases, or transfers no more than 50 total firearms per calendar year.
(b) As used in this section, "transaction" means a single sale, lease, or transfer of any number of firearms.

Since no one is saying it, you can do 5 transactions per year and up to 50 guns total.

If you look online it is worded funny, it says "less than 6" which obviously would be 5 so I am not sure why they didn't just put "5" but you know CA
