Looking For Shop w/good Selection of 870s & Benellis

Like the title says I'm looking for a shop that has a good selection of Benellis and Remington 870s in sporting configurations (Wingmasters, M2 Fields, Montefeltros, etc.). I want to get a feel for the different LOPs, weights and barrel lengths before I purchase anything. I recall that the old Reed's store had a good selection but less so now. And on a similar note---how is the pro shop at Coyote Valley Sporting Clays? Anyone been there?

I failed to mention that I'm in the South Bay/San Jose area. But I guess you could infer that from my mention of Reed's and Coyote Valley.

Oaktree has a few Sporting Benellis SBEII's a Vincy (crap in my book) an M2 or two, Ultra lite.

Just run of the mill express 870's.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

Thanks for the tip but I think you're in SoCal and I'm not. Doesn't sound too good regardless. And what is it with these 870 Expresses? Seems like no one carries Wingmasters anymore.

As for the SBEII i don't need to pay a premium to shoot 3.5" as this will be a sporting clays gun. I'll pass on the Vinci as well for aesthetic reasons.

I have yet to see a Stoeger SxS in real life, let alone in that configuration. No one carries them around here as far as I know. But I think you are making a joke .

Lucky_Scott, I'm fairly certain that Big 5 only has 870 Express types and I really want a Wingmaster.

The real Wingmasters are expensive for what you get. Most people will buy something else when you get up into that price range. Express 870's are popular for wing shooters and HD guys alike all at a value price. It's all about moving inventory in a depressed market.

Call Chuck at Contra Costa Collectible Firearms (925-937-3376)in Walnut Creek. He will order you any new Wingmaster and he has a few older style used ones in stock. Even though he will give you a good price, they are still quite expensive. I had him order me a new Classic 870 trap,it wasn't cheap.
