    Started the suppressor process

I just ordered and started the paperwork with the ATF for an integral suppressed barrel for my 10/22. It's .920" in diameter so it fits in the stock cut for the bull barrel.

10/22 INTEGRAL GEMTECH MIST-22 SUPPRESSOR BARREL
The Gemtech MIST-22 is an integrated barrel that provides a unique shooting experience.

The ATF paperwork will take 4-6 months and it will be delivered to my Kentucky address.

Silencer Central is setting up the Trust. Now I need to find some subsonic ammunition.

I hope you'll invite us to the Suppressor Party in Kentucky. I just hope that the press won't get hold of it, spin it and call you racist.

Supposedly the new process is supposed to be about 90 days the F.F.L. I've been dealing with said they have had approvals in 30 days.
The Whole process is digital now if done that way supposed to quicken things up.

I was told last night that the process is taking 3-4 months right now.

Ruger also sells one with funky double volume baffles.

The timing for the ATF tax stamp for my suppressor was approximately 60 day, electronically filed mid March, approval was emailed mid May.

A screw-on can won't be as quiet as an integral but you can use it on multiple guns.

Here's the Gemtech Mist 22. I actually don't know how long the solid part of the barrel is. They tell me that using subsonic ammo the loudest part of it is the cycling of the action.
