ATF Letter

So I applied for my COE & FFL03, both are approved. Today i received a letter from ATF. Not too sure what to do with the letter and the forms.

Did you read the rest of the letter? It says they are on backorder and to call the number to order one. It's your log/bound book for record keeping.

I'm only using the FFL03 and COE for ammo and for the 1 in 30 day purchase.
never purchased any curios or relics.

You'll need need 5300.38 if you ever change your premises or mailing address. Although when I did, I printed the form from the ATF website.

Hi, yes i did. i didnt want to put the rest of the letter. its quite long. anyways, so the forms are just to report right? like you said a log book.

there is an interesting sentence on the last page of the open letter. It says

Correction notice.

"please make a correction to ATF P 5300.4. Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide. In the format for "Firearms Collectors Acquisition and Disposing Record," at the bottom of page 70, under "disposition," please delete "if licencee" immediately..... and it goes on.


I am guessing that all these forms and letters i got is just a reminder on how to do transaction for curios and relics and to keep logs?
