Home invasion suspect arrested and released the next day to do it again

    Jun 30, 2022

San Jose police have arrested four suspects following a violent string of home
invasions, including occasions where several men bound an elderly couple with
belts before stealing their bank cards and jewelry and then continued on to hold
a father and toddler at gunpoint.

No reason to keep them locked up and ruin their bright futures !

Gabriel Suarez in his book Tactical Advantage writes " When the Manson gang is at the door you have 2 seconds to retrieve your gun, 1 thousand one , 1 thousand 2 , Your dead.

But we should not allow anyone to have a gun to defend themselves against
these dangerous crooks that we refuse to prosecute because they are really
just fine young Christian immigrant men who made an honest mistake.

Every one should get a second or even third chance in our corrupt system of injustice.

Gavin has CHP fir security, so he does not need to worry about this sort of thing....home invasions are just something the unwashed masses can deal with.

Yet another example of why if one ever finds themselves in such a situation to deploy Mozambique until the threat is abated. It's your civic duty.

You don't need a gun. Just call the police. They will protect you.

It's ok. I'm sure they only robbed libtards.
There is no week nor day nor hour, when tyranny may not enter upon this country, if the people lose their supreme confidence in themselves -- and lose their roughness and spirit of defiance -- Tyranny may always enter -- there is no charm, no bar against it -- the only bar against it is a large resolute breed of men.

WTF. Releasing someone the day after his arrest for home invasion robbery is not rehabilitation. How the hell do you rehabilitate a dangerous criminal in one day??

Some may even consider that 'aiding and abetting' because the odds in those cases are that the perp(s) will re-offend in short order.

If you know it's a revolving door, go for it, maybe you score big the next time.

Not that I give 2 turds, but title is misleading.

Suspect was arrested and then booked & released for evading the police. Afterwards, he was arrested for home invasion robberies.

So he wasn't arrested for/suspected of home invasion, released, then arrested again for another home invasion robbery. If anything, it was just coincidence he was guilty of home invasion robberies when he was arrested for evading the police. Although, maybe LE should've looked into why he was running from police since that's not the MO for normal people.

Hopefully he'll be locked up for a long time.
