It reduces so much recoil, the rifle actually pulls away from you.

It's to control the vicious recoil of the .22 LR.

All it needs is US Optics scope to go with the brake.

Hahaha, due to my screen size, the muzzle of the rifle was out of view when I first opened this page... my first thought was "So... I don't get it?"... then I scrolled horizontally and went "wut!?"

Should be a big hit with the GSG crowd...

No matter what you do, it's still a .22!

And, some of us really like and respect .22lrs! I already have a MB like this on my AR50 so, I don't need one for my GSG5. I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to imply though. I have more than a couple .22lr long guns including everything from Anshultzes to GSGs. Hell, I even have a .22lr Rem 121 Routledge. Anyway, please explain to us simple folk why you appear to be attempting to belittle .22s and GSG owners in particular.

This was not an attempt to belittle the .22lr.

It was an attempt to make fun of the crowd who has to overcompensate by adding ungodly accessories to their .22's. I used the GSG as an example because there quite a few (and various other .22) owners who fall into this category, fake cans, muzzle brakes, fake NV, whatever fake or useless tacticoool junk, etc... the list goes on.

I too happen to like and respect the .22lr as I have over, well, a dozen.

Fair enough. I'm not a big tacticool fan myself. However, I like my GSG5, WASR22, 10-22 w/BC folding stock and my Carbon22 upper for what they are. I haven't put rails or other junk on any of them except for a single rail with a 3x9 scope mounted on it and a flash surpressor for the 10-22. I've probably got another 15-20 .22lr long guns (including 2 more 10-22s) that I'd never consider attempting to add anything to.

Lol, that reminds me of the pump shotgun I saw at the bass shop up in chico. Had the same brake on a short home defense style pump 12ga.
