I agree with beerman. 19.05mm, so likely a "20mm" round.

Take a close look at the makeup of that round. It appears to be spun brass or aluminum(though that may just be the image quality.) If so, it's a dummy round.
Somewhere I've got several cast aluminum 20mm dummy rounds that were used to test cycling on the 3-barrel Gatling gun on the AH-1S Cobra helicopter.Comment
