The police spokesman didn't say much in response to those questions but gives you can idea of the priorities of the Californian media elites.

And how much insane screeching will there be if SCOTUS decides to overturn Maryland's AWB and New Jersey's 30 round magazine ban. Will Californian liberals be able to handle it.

Too bad he couldn't control his temper, now he will never get to touch or shoot any of his guns again, and he will sit in prison for decades.

From reading how the Californian state press is reporting it, he was arrested on "suspicion" of shooting someone and no extra details. I read somewhere else that it was for brandishing.

I will go with "innocent until proven guilty" since I really don't have any faith in the Californian justice system, but if he is found innocent of homicide. 2A rights organizations better help him out on beating the AWB charges and show how much of a farce those cosmetic laws are.

Totally agree with "innocent until proven guilty" -- the whole trend of trial by media is getting out of hand. I don't know the guy in the news article but until there is proof he's guilty of the original charges, my take is that anyone can make up anything about anyone and get the police involved in a witch hunt investigation.

                      100% agree here.

The theory would be that the guy who had all his guns seized would somehow still be in jail and therefore would not have posted since he was arrested and it could be figured out who the guy was because he would be the one who not have posted since 6/11/22.

The theory is not based in reality of course because there are 5,662 calguns members that have not posted since 6/11/22 which makes it somewhat like finding a needle in a haystack.

Thanks-evidently I was overthinking things. I posted in this thread on 6/11 and was subsequently banned for a week after that post. I sent 3 e-mails to the gutless mod asking why but no response.
