Titan ballistics are thieves !

As the title of the post states, Titan Ballistics are thieves. They took my money and vanished with no way to get a hold of anyone who worked there. There website has been down and their phone number is no longer in service.

So, I was wondering if anyone on here could help and connect me with the owners or have any suggestions on how I should handle this situation.

This will tell if you have recourse now, or if you'll be one of a hundred folks trying to get their money back at a bankruptcy hearing.

So, I NEVER pay cash for anything in advance, EVER. Always, and I mean ALWAYS use a credit card, or cash on delivery.

Situations like this are exactly what credit card protection is for.
The credit card company gives you your money back and then they suck it back out of the vendors account where it was originally deposited.

I have had issues with some pre-paid purchases during the time of Covid when China shutdown. After 3-4 months when the company would not respond to email or phone calls I called the CC company for a full refund.

I sure hope the OP did not pay cash up front.
