I apologize, when I start reading the laws my ADD kicks in and I don't understand a single thing. Plus I'm old.
As a regular guy, I can buy as many stripped lowers as I want in a year, right ?
I believe a semi auto center fire handgun and a semi auto center fire long gun counts as one of the 5 per year, or did I not read that right? The stripped lowers are not a handgun or a semi auto.
