    1-in-30 applies to handguns and semiautomatic centerfire rifles. Shotguns are not included. Rifles that are bolt action or pump action or break action are not included.

      If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

        We hear anecdotes that DOJ thinks the law already covers shotguns, so 'yet' is not undeserved.
