Exactly what kind of firearms? Either way, you would have to recieve the firearm from a Ca FFL.
Roster would apply for handguns.
If it's an AR style rifle, build it yourself it's easy. Or buy one at an ffl and make changes yourself. -
I've been speaking with Wilde Built Tactical, they are a CG Vendor and so far, communications and procedure has been excellent. I would also recommend EBR Works, also a CG vendor, great middleman.
