Help With Ar15 Lower Receiver

Hello,
I have an Aero Precision M4E1 Pistol Lower that uses a screw instead of a roll pin for the bolt catch. Unfortunately the hex screw head is completely stripped and I am unable to extract the screw. I don't remember if the screw was blue loctite during the initial install. Normally I would just ignore it but I have a juggernaut tactical mag lock on there instead of a bolt catch. I was hoping to remove it to install a bolt catch and use the ar maglock instead. I've tried heating the screw up and using a left handed drill bit but no luck. I've tried using a larger allen wrench with no luck either. Is there anyone else who's experienced the same problem and was able to extract the screw? Or know any gun Smith who can drill it out and machine the lower so it would use a roll pin? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've only been able to remove stripped screws the following ways:

1) Drill it out
2) Use a stripped screw removal kit
3) Use a larger sized torx, gently tap it into the stripped screw, and slowly twist it out (surprisingly, this has worked on several occasions).

I doubt #3 will work if you used loctite.

Ugh, that’s gonna be a tough one. If it’s really stripped and nothing to grab onto. I might try to mill the bolt catch off. Leaving the shank untouched and using it to unscrew the screw with some pliers

If you have a drill press and a good vice I would just drill it out and put a pin in it. Try to figure out the diameter of the threaded part of the screw and don't go bigger if you can. Drill bits that small move around and break easily without a good drill press and vise. Good luck.

Thanks gents for the replies and tips! Unfortunately no luck. I will eventually have to cut the mag lock off with a demel.
