Its like watching a house fire. Its terrible, but for some reason hard to stop looking. Only in this case, we're reading our future. All 11 states that recently passed CC were previously "shall issue" so the only barrier to CCW was likely money (application fees and/or training costs), so it is likely that those who wanted to carry legally were already doing so. If there were "blood in the sreets" already those laws would not have passed.
