    Norelite USK-G

Saw this by Norelite and wondered if anyone else thought California would let this hit the market.

It’s an conversion kit upper that marries to a glock lower. Haven’t come across it anywhere in the forums though wouldn’t be surprised.

If it came with a brace will it still have the same issues as the Micro Roni?

It's only available outside of the USA and currently the manufacturer is negotiating/determining if they will import it to the USA. (it's unknown if the BATFE will regulate it as a firearm receiver or as a firearm accessory/part)
^At IWA 2022, the projected MSRP for the USA was speculated by the manufacturer to be in the $1000+ USD price range.

As marketed at IWA 2022, it runs afoul Federal NFA laws due to it making the pistol into a SBR.
Depending on the pending ATF arm stabilizing brace rule change, it may still run afoul Federal NFA laws with an arm stabilizing brace installed in lieu of a shoulder stock.

Until the ATF arm stabilizing brace rule change is finalized and the manufacturer commits to it being imported into the USA, determining if it is CA legal is all speculations due to it's USA legal imported configuration being unknown.

The Norelite USK-G is more akin to the MechTech Systems CCU/PCU (barreled receiver with action that uses a pistol receiver) than the CAA Micro Roni (frame that clamps onto a complete/functional pistol).
^So, it would have the same issues as the MechTech Systems CCU/PCU for legality in CA.
~MechTech CCU with stock = needs to comply with CA assault weapons laws for rifles and CA SBR laws.
~MechTech CCU with not stock or with brace = need to comply with CA assault weapons laws for others.
~MechTech PCU = need to comply with CA assault weapons laws for pistols and CA SBR laws.
