Overwatch - Sniper's nest. Anyone able to ID this rifle?

    At Rasputin's press conference

Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

What rifle? All you can make out is a suppressor on it?

Tripod mounted…. No ammo belt hanging down, just what looks like a power cord…

So, maybe an electric something or other….

Could be a t-shirt cannon for all we can tell with that pic

From what little can be seen and given that they were there to protect Putin, it's likely to be an ORSIS T-5000... Meet The Sniper Rifle That Protects Vladimir Putin

It's an official Red Ryder, carbine-action; two hundred shot range model air rifle, with a compass in the stock, this thing which tells time and a top-of-the-line suppressor.

It's one of the two things Putin asked Santa for.

you can just make out the back of the tripod rest, and a small part of a skeleton stock. And a tiny piece of forearm in front of the scope. Really both of those look like any number of modern chassis you can get with almost any action. Given the context, the Orsis is most likely.
