By virtue of adding the collapsing stock - and the pistol grip - I would assess that your Archangel stock will indeed make the rifle an AW.

To get some of the ergos that the Archangel provides check out the Magpul Backpacker stock. It's miles ahead of the factory stock if you're looking for more of a palm swell type stock and with something closer to pistol grip positioning without the AW concerns.

The Backpacker is hard to get (as of recent times) if you want black/OD but the FDE seems to be available and ready for order.

Nice and decent price. Looks like a simple drop in. I like the 10.5 lop and the standard angle pistol grip.

Yes.
Unless you fix the magazine or fix the stock and add a grip wrap so you can not attain a pistol style grasp on the pistol grip.
