ALL of these delays have been on people who are not prohibited. A delay is not a denial, regardless of the fact that a right delayed is a right denied.

I'm just trying to figure out what the angle is . It has to be more than just making people wait . They powers that be seem like they are getting more desperate to cram and jam as much of their self made crisis solutions as they can before whatever they see coming happens. Whatever that is , I don't know . Yet.

Just be patient and see if the GS will call you . Some don't call and want you to check in .some don't want you to call and will let you know . Either way just plan on 30 + days . If it happens sooner you will be pleasantly surprised .

    Instant 100% gun control.
I find FFLs acting as butt puppets for DOJ and exacerbating all the existing infringements to lawful firearms purchases. By denying lawful firearms purchasers their already paid for, and lawful to possess property, DEPLORABLE.

If Pro 2A advocates who get screwed by these unscrupulous FFLs. Would just start NUTTING UP, and quit disgracing themselves by willingly dropping trou and inviting a rectal reaming in order to acquiesce to the FFLs extra legal demands. Things would change.

    Far past time to throw down a man card on the counter. And tell the bastards. To;

RELEASE ON UNDETERMINED, OR SEE YOU IN COURT!

I did a PPT on G19 on 05/14 at one dealer, then another PPT on 05/15 for a Shield. Both have been marked as "delayed". Haven't received a letter yet. I'm on day 14 of my DROS just waiting. Wish there was more info out there on this.

The last pistol I bought was delayed a couple of days. I actually received an emai from the gun store stating DROS delayed please call prior to picking up. Not sure if they were experiencing delays on the firearms they sold hence giving heads up to their customers with pending DROS.

I will definitely call them first. Thanks.

This is not a NEW situation. It is simply a recurring symptom of an intentionally broken State Agency.

With all that is going on in the world i feel the system will become even worse every day

Odd... What happened to that large sum of cash in their bank from our dros fees? Oh that's right they took it away, let the background check system fall apart, and quit manning the phones.... Hmmm this has got to be ripe for a lawsuit against "infringing" our 2A rights! I mean common they HAD the funds to run the system the RIGHT way, but instead they stole money out of it to fund a confiscation team....

They suggested I DROS again since I've purchased from them many times over 5 years.

Very fraustating since I've never had this problem before.

    Yeah screw that
    Learn from my mistake
    Dros again and delay again

[1] ... So they are obviously DICKS who refuse to complete the purchase contract they entered into when you payed for your gun.

[2] ... Nobody that does due diligence, and refuses to patronize FFL DICKS who refuse to follow the law has this problem.

Always ask before you get screwed.

DO YOU DELIVER ON UNDERTERMINED STATUS?

If the FFL answers "no". Politely, but LOUDLY, tell them "FU" then leave.

Ever heard the old saying, "screw me once, shame on YOU. Screw me twice, shame on ME?"

That FFL already screwed you once. If YOU DROS with the same DICK again, it's YOU, that is screwing YOU.
