Then seriously consider hopping on the 210 and make a quick trip to Upland.

I’ve been dealing with this FFL for years, but they did piss me off, by making me do a second DROS on the same firearm, and came back delayed again, but the FFL has agreed to release the firearm if it’s undetermined again. A 10 day waiting period , just became 60 ****ing days. I’ve been livid all day . I can not believe this ****. I might have to consult with an attorney soon. Three DROS delayed in a month, it’s definitely an attack on our second amendment .

Yeah... also, alert CRPA to the problem. Has even more impact if you're a CRPA member.

    DROS delayed

Has anyone else experienced delayed and undetermined DROS, when you’ve already had multiple firearm purchases? I’ve been purchasing firearms since 2008, and I work federal under the DOD; I had two DROS submitted at the same time, one for a pawnshop return, and the other a new gun purchase, they both came back delayed today on the 10th day. I have never experienced this. The worst part , after waiting 6 months for a CCW interview with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs dept, I finally had an interview set for tomorrow and I had to postponed it, because my new firearm purchase and pawn return which I was intending to list on My CCW, are delayed. Any thoughts on my current situation?

    Just curious.
    https://www.pooleshaffery.com/news/2...en%20the%20two.

Both a grand jury indictment and a preliminary hearing are initiated by the District Attorney, who presents the prosecutor's evidence to determine whether there is probable cause to bring criminal charges against the subject. The procedure for obtaining such determines varies dramatically between the two.
Good Luck finding a Ca DA who will convene a GJ in order to indict the Ca AG, who is the head of DOJ.

Maybe once the CRPA starts realizing the frequency of it, they'll do something of action about it.

This is currently one of the biggest issues against gun owners and the number of these unexplained delays/undetermined labels are increasing each week, and it's going unchecked.

Though people may be getting their money back from dealers who don't release on undetermined and think no big feal of it, no loss - your civil rights were violated regardless, without explanation.

You also have diminished or reduced the number of new handguns or semi-auto rifles in a year's time that you may purvhade, under the 1-per-30 day application to purchase infringement, which just may be the CA DOJ's ultimate goal in the first place - to reduce gun sales by disregard, dismissal, disdain, and delay/undetermined.
