DROS Delays?

Is the DOJ dragging their feet on DROS processing? I went to get a firearm out of jail after 10 days and the FFL said it had not been processed yet.

You should have gotten a letter from the DOJ, or will be getting a letter from them soon. I hope you asked if they deliver on undetermined.

Not that I know of, I just did a PPT last month and everything was good with no delays.

My shop was threatened by DOJ after I waited 30 days, undetermined, I got a full refund instead.

DOJ told dealer, he better have a good lawyer if He(the shop) released my two consignment handguns to me.

The letter means nothing, says they have 30 days to violate your rights with no given reason. I'm live scan already and bought a handgun from the shop before, I have a real id, no criminal record, not even a ticket, current firearms safety certificate good for three more years, buy firearms every year for the last 14 years, this was my first undetermined, delay ever .

This was a new purchase, end from an out of state FFL to my FFL in CA. It's a gun that is on roster.

I am having the same issue. On day 6 of 10 I was notified by the shop my status had been changed to delay. This is my second purchase in a year but have made more purchases in a single calendar year with no issues. I am a CCW holder. No record. When I asked the shop (Ammo Depot) they informed me they DO NOT release on an undetermined status at or after the 30 day mark. Disappointing all around. I purchased in November of last year. No issues.
