I have 3 guns going to my FFL as follows:

1: New centerfire semi auto pistol

2: Used centerfire semi auto rifle from out of state private party non FFL.

3: New Rimfire semi auto rifle.

I understand the Rimfire does't apply to the 1 in 30. Does a used centerfire semi auto rifle from out of state private party apply to the 1 in 30 law?

Yeah I'm trying! The used centerfire rifle was purchased from an out of state resident who does't have a FFL, it's being shipped to my FFL for transfer.

It applies to centerfire semi-automatic long guns - either a handgun or a cf-sa long gun in 30 days. Not both, unless one or both are private-party, CA seller to CA buyer transfers.

May want to check on that rifle, I’ve experienced something similar where the rifle had to be transferred to the FFL to be accepted. When the rifle was then sold, it was then sold by the FFL who received it making it a used gun and no longer a PPT. I’m surprised your FFL is accepting a firearm from a non FFL.
