Closing gun stores unconstitutional (ref: pandemic)

    Read this: https://www.foxla.com/news/la-county...source=twitter

Question is, what repercussions can be had? Is it just a ruling w/ no punishment?
    .
Facts are to liberals as kryptonite is to Superman.

Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime (Republican).

Doesn't surprise me, the government does what it wants , and per usual there probably will be little if any repercussions. They used the excuse of gun stores not being an essential business to prevent good citizens from exercising their 2nd amendment.

It's a civil case against government defendants. There no 'Punishment" to be had.

The Ninth Circuit remanded the case back to the District Court. That court dismissed the case for failure to state a claim. Once the corresponding mandate is issued, the case goes back to the District Court for a trial. That trial will determine if there are damages awarded, and/or if there will be any injunctive relief.

But also see my response to SkyHawk below.

          And how right you are.

Please read the first paragraph of Judge Vandyke's concurring opinion. Here's the highlight:

This Judge knows what he's talking about.

Stand by for the "en banc"

Don't look for the mandate anytime soon.
