About 2 months ago I ordered 3 items (stock, cleaning snake and a grip) from DACK Outdoors. Individually they are not very expensive items and the combine shipping of $9 was fair.
So I waited 30 days and did not receive shipping notification. Only after contacting their customer support, the items were shipped. I receive the package and only one item arrived, the other 2 were cancelled and refunded. I checked their website and the 2 items are still in stock.
Confused about what happened, I inquired with their customer support. I was told I can re-order the 2 items but would have to pay shipping for them again.
I tried to explain to them that paying again $9 for shipment on a $6 item doesn't make sense, but they wouldn't budge.
Anyways, $9 is not going to make me rich or poor - just think it is a real ****ty way to do business, especially after waiting 30 days for them to ship it.
Just a heads up if anyone is looking to order from them.
