    Stolen or theft forms

Just something simple that I do not think I need to hire a lawyer yet.

What is the maximum time you can file a stolen report to the Police? One reads something that says 45 days. But what if it were a year ago, when one actually unable to file because of have a very very long stay in the hospital, and then after that, disability to the point that one cannot get out of home unless a social worker drives.

One never did realize that wanted to file, because after coming out of hospital, the only thing one would think about is to working on health. One even drop out of school.

You can file a theft report at anytime; yes there are statues about reporting firearms; but law enforcement is going still take the report. I won't over think stuff just get it reported.

Glad you edited your original post to change pronouns from he/she to "one" since you were more likely to get into trouble for that transgression....
