I love the data integrity procedures used by CA-DOJ.
Thread title changed - nothing to do with transfer.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good! -
That's the whole of the state.
I was sent an impound auction notice by the DMV of a motorcycle I sold years ago. It was ticketed in Louisiana, never transferred in the buyer's name. So it came back to me.
CA DMV said it was a Yellow Honda Ducati.
It was actually a Black Kawasaki. Before there was Polymer there was Accuracy.Comment

" But up there at the gun store they didn't laugh
'Cause to type it up it took the whole staff
And when they got through the DROS weighed sixty pounds."

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment
