    30 days is tomorrow .

One would think I should be gassing up the truck and glueing my phone to my head in anticipation of "the call" . But there is unknown by most ,an added wait time. And it is for a letter via snail mail . so close but yet I wait .

My work is going on month 6 of approving my religious exemption. I literally had one phone call from that office. And it was to tell me that I need to resubmit my exemption because it was never received. So I sent them the email string showing their acknowledgment of receiving my letter. From the first company that was doing the approvals. They said they still need the exemption. So I sent it………To every person in that office. All 20 of them. Every day three times a day for a week. Calendar week. They sent a email saying they got it. I replied I just wanna make sure you received it this time and hopefully I won’t need to resubmit it again. The deadline was Nov 15th between take the shot or you lose the job. Still going to work. Taking time off like crazy blowing through my sick pay. If I get fired I won’t get that. Just my regular pay , my vacation and comp time.

Slot of places are backing out of the mandated shot . I think a judge in the 5th circuit just just gave a backhand to some mandate related stuff .. I overheard . For the record I think it is wrong and totally devious what is being presented and forced upon people . I sincerely hope that the people behind this crap get more than they deserve and then get some more just in case they didn't get enough .

I picked up my jail bird yesterday . I transferred on a gun broker buy . It was not that much more complicated than buying one in state . I don't see why some have such a hard time. Maybe I got lucky . It's been known to happen on weird planetary alignment oh wait . The mag ban thing yesterday . Weird timing . Coincidence or phonomina?

Not sure what this cryptic thread is about but if it's the 1-in-30 law, why not just get yourself exempted?
I usually DROS 5-10 guns at a time and I need to don't worry about how many of them are handguns or semi-auto rifles because I am exempt.
I also got myself exempted of the waiting period for C&R guns so I get to take those all home on the first visit to keep me busy during the 10 day wait on the modern guns.

I think i know why and would like some advice.

I Was falsely accused and arrested last year. Police report under evidence was four letters NONE. I provided exculpatory evidence in the form of 6 hours of video refuting the claim, No one would file charges and the LAPD 90 days later in seeing their error, reclassified my "arrest" as a "Detention", I was detained, and apparently never arrested.
            No Charges ever filed.

Is this why my DROS was not released within the 10 day wait?

I know they now have 30 days to make a determination then they have to release it unless I was denied.

Is there any way to deny my transaction for a detention?

And for the record, I started an Investigation with the Inspector General because no one will reimburse for the bail money I was forced to pay because courts were closed due to COVID.

It's not cryptic it's a added bit of info for those who have been made to wait 10 . Then 30 then 32 then 34 . I've heard up to 36 for the standard pending ,delay , undetermined process . I know it helped me when people were talking about it .
As for making myself exempt , you are referring to becoming a ffl , it's sounds great maybe even easy cheap etc . But I don't really want to have to deal with government agencies or someone waiting for me to make a mistake on paper work or dealing with all the moronic laws and stupid concepts that most of the laws consist of . Maybe someday but not today . I just brought home the inmate Tues after 34 days waiting . So I need to spend some quality time with her .
