Just moved to California, need to fill New Resident firearm report form, I do not know what to fill for my AR pistol (Self assembled from a Aero stripped lower with a S/N). Is it considered "Firearm Self-Built" in the form? or the Self-build means built from 80% lower?

Self-made/built = made from 80%

Since your receiver was made by an 07-FFL (Aero Precision), it is not considered self-made/built. [PC 29181(a)]
