    20 ga shotgun ammo

Was the lucky recipient of about 400 rnds of 20 ga gameloads, lead shot so target shooters 7 1/2 mostly. Problem is, I don't shoot 20 ga. Any value on market for this stuff? Any idea on value if I want to sell? Thanks for info

        It's probably worth $10-$12 a box of 25.

                I'd give you $5.00/box.

It's practically useless, no one shoots 20, you can only use it on targets in CA, and you can't even use it at every clays place (some require steel target shot).

Ask for $6.00/box and let someone beat you down to $4.50/box if you can get rid of it at all.

^^ Don't listen to the cheapskate ask 10 and take 9 Very few ranges require non lead.

20 gauge is often hard to find. I never worried about it until recently when I picked up a 20 because that was all the store had. I spent the next 3 months scrounging for 20 gauge buckshot and slugs. When the store got in a 12 gauge, I was happy to pick it up. I still need to sell the 20.

If you want to sell, $10 a box is what I'd sell them for.

I just paid $25 a box for 20ga at a local GS. It was just 2 3/4 #7 standard brass lead target loads.

Yes, this would be a fair deal for both parties - you may be able to hold out for more though.

                              It is not that rare.....
If you go to the gun store once a month, then yeah, you probably think this is a treasure.
If you go a handful of times a week, you will find what you need sooner or later.

Sportsmans Warehouse luckily isn't price gouging, so trips there are worth while.
My local mom and pop store still has fair pricing as well.
                              Have to be vigilant.
