Should Hollywood be using guns in movies?

Considering they are all against guns, should Hollywood even be using them in movies? Maybe their fight scenes can be just hand to hand or they can gather rocks and sticks off the ground.

And considering this ******* Baldwin just shot and killed someone, they clearly can't safely handle them.

I pose that they use bonded and certified armorers who have the power to shut down a set if need be.

Baldwin’s predicament appears to be the result of carelessness, inexperience and boneheaded decisions.

Call me judgemental, but that armorer doesnt look like an armorer. Put 30 more years more on her before trusting the lives of the crew.

Interesting how anti guns nuts like Hollywood types.

Know little on safety. When/while they promote extreme violence.

My buddy is a Hollywood firearms training instructor and military technical advisor.
On set, he has stepped in countless times, even saved Tom Cruise on MI from being injured by a "prop gun".

He says there's not a Hollywood armorer that he trusts.

They should just stop making movies. They haven't put out anything good in over a decade.

I think they too should bear the yoke of burdensome regulations that legitimate gun owners living in CA have to carry.

Background checks BEFORE every scene involving a gun

Background checks for the blanks/dummy rounds

                Red flag laws

                Magazine limits

                AW restrictions

If it only saves one life as they say.

Gun accidents are rare on sets. Some of them know what they are doing. I do think LA/California productions should be forced to live by the same laws the rest of us do. That means no auto's, no off roster.

I don't like Baldwin either, but this seems like a setup by a angry worker who slipped a loaded round in the firearm.

They absolutely should not be using guns, in any fashion. The use of guns by the elite Left is just another example of their hypocrisy. It's the "Rules for thee but not for me" attitude that is one of the irreconcilable differences between the Left and the true Right.

If as much money flowed into defending the 2/A as flows into the pockets of those making money off movies depicting guns and the characters illegal use of them the gun control infringements would be a thing of the past.

The people working on the sets, the so-called armorers and the paid hacks - the ex LE this and ex-mil that who sell their names, credentials for money helping the largely anti-gun HW elite are the worst of the bunch. They will tell you how they are pro-2A, are gun owners themselves all while selling out to the very people sitting at dinners and events with all the anti-2/A politicians. They are the real scurge. Supporting them, calling them friends or even acquaintances is the same thing as sending money to some anti-2/A group.

Think past your gun, it's the last resort, the first is your brain.

Defense is a losing proposition when time is on the side of the opponent. In the history of humanity, no defense has ever won against an enemy with time on their side.

Every dummy on youtube thought they were gun experts until it blew up in their face or their leg off... They will just do it with CGI.
