              BORING
You can always paint it in white paint, then it might cease to be boring.

I had a friend who helped get me into guns but doesn't own any now say: What's so fun about guns, you pull the trigger, it goes bang, you pull it again, it goes bang again. Pretty predictable...

Take the Mossberg and go shoot some clay pigeons. Trap, skeet, or Sporting Clays. Shooting flying targets is way more fun than anything stationary.

I would feel like such a poser. Don't real trappists use double barreled shotties so they can have a quick follow up shot? Having a pump is so fake and trans.

I don’t think it matters what or how many you have, you’ll always come to a point and feel like you need something more to spice it up.

I know with what I have, I should be content but I’m always on the lookout for that something else.

                          I only have three guns.

Glock 17 (stock except for Dawson sights)
                          Ruger Single Six Convertible
Savage M10 .223 Rem Bolt Action.

They are each very different from one another, with the rifle requiring a completely different skill set.

I go the range every week, and I still have fun.

That said, I do have a few guns on my "want" list.

I recently got a CVA Optima 50 cal muzzleloader.

It's like shooting and reloading all in one. Reloading is almost therapeutic for me and thinking about everything I'm doing, and the amazement of how accurate this thing is makes it more about the entire experience than just slinging lead downrange. And it hits like a hammer, 240gn XTP at 1700fps is quite explosive on a water jug or melon.

I tend to rotate what I'm shooting each time out, once a month it's a gun I carry, other times it might be a bolt gun, shotgun or the PC9.

The weird thing about the ML is there is a lot of cleaning, between shots and after due to necessity of corrosion protection so I do it all at the range. As opposed to determining what guns I will take out based on what and how many I will need to clean later.

As of now it's the least boring, right after the PC9.

No such thing as a boring firearm.
