    FTFindustries, aka WTF industries?

I order some mac parts from FTF as some of you may have known, I did reciever a package but it was missing about half of the parts I ordered and paid for. I have emailed them several times with what i recieved and what i am missing to numerous email acounts that they have and have also called them but I have not got any response. Im starting to get mad, this is beginning to turn into a big freaking headache just trying to get some little parts. What should I do? I NEED NEED these parts, and they are not responding to me.

On a side not, cobray finally shipped something so hopefully my sideplates will be here soon.

do a chargeback if they don't respond by end of this week? and just chargeback the whole amount since they did not deliver your whole order. most CC's will do chargebacks with minimal questions asked.

FTF did the same to me, they made it right 3-4 weeks later.
I also have a full Mac kit available if anyone is interested, I will be putting up pics tonight. Sorry to hijack.

What should I do? can i still do a chargeback on my debit card? I used my wells fargo debit card that is connected to my credit card, but there was the majority of the funds in my debit acct at the time so I dont think it used much money from my credit card acct. What should I do? I just want my parts.

            what did your bank say?
I would keep calling FTF, maybe they are preparing the remaining items, also FYI FTF has an account on gunbroker.

Ive gotten things with FTF before... never again. The transaction went through, but it was a rough road.

                Avoid like Florida gun works

FTF is a pain in the ***. Avoid if you can. Even if you have to pay a few bucks more. Customer service sucks.

as someone said, call your bank, even though it was a debit card, i'm sure the bank has policies about situations like this and may offer a cashback/chargeback

alright, I will call the bank. The thing is, no where else carries the parts I need, FTF is the ONLY place on the entire internet, and yes I have searched and searched hard. Im at the end of my rope here I feel like i'll never get this mac finished and i've just wasted money and will never get to play with it or even get a chance to finish building it. Why do people do bad business like this

A gun parts place called FTF - Failure to Feed Industries? Hmm
