    After 3 years....

So finally was able to find a buy a Glock 19 RTF2 (Fish Gills Serrations). I found the weapon on Gunbroker and won it on a bid war. I was a little hesitant because lately these Glocks have been going over 1k. I was able to snag this one from $800, which is not bad due to these RTF2's becoming more rare by the day.

I was even considering trading anyone any offroster weapon for a 19RTF2... but it seemed no one had one. Any who, once I get the weapon, ill show you guys how ugly it is.

    Not bad
    Are they on roster?

If it’s ugly when you get it, I’ll take it off your hands

I don't think they are offroster because technically RTF2s are Gen 3s...however the guy that I bought it from was freaking out because he was shipping to CA. and stated he couldn't ship it due to CA gun laws He had no idea LEOs are exempt.

I wont be getting rid of this ugly weapon anytime soon lol

I know this isn’t 9mm, but I recently saw that some glock 22/23 rtf2 Puerto rican police surplus are here in the country.

I also have the 17RTF2, one of the reasons why I wanted the 19 RTF2. I also love the grip texture on the RTF2. If you are really interested...visit gun broker from time to time...you'll see these RTF's pop out of nowhere and you'll have to catch them while they are selling otherwise it'll be a while before you see another.

"Rare"? LOL, its still a Glock.

Fish gills are silly IMHO, would never pay extra for them, in fact I would want a steep discount if someone were trying to sell it to me. I just simply wouldnt care if a Glock has the gills or not. Not at all important to me.

Yes they are silly...and I don't really care for the gills either...and yes its just a Glock...a Glock that's hard to come by...regardless I don't mind paying the extra.

If it really made a difference, wouldnt all Glocks have it?

I have no issues with my Glocks with the standard serations. And Im not special.
