This guy has one in his basement that's James Bond and Al Capone themed. Access is down a hidden stairway and access is through a bank vault style door with a thumb print scan. How cool is that?

My goal is to have enough land to sink 300' of 6' concrete pipe off a basement that would double as my hobby/reloading room. Problem is the cheapest price for the pipe is over $500 a foot - not installed.
