Square Bullets- do way more damage - The Puckle Gun

I learn a lot on Cal Guns-From Semi Auto Revolvers to all sorts of stuff

I share with you- Square Bullets

    snip
The Puckle Gun is probably best known as that thing that had round bullets for Christians and square bullets for Turks, but there is much more to it than just that (and in addition, the square bullet version was never actually built). James Puckle designed it in 1718 as a naval defensive weapon to help British vessels fight back against Ottoman pirates using fast and nimble small boats that could not be effectively engaged with large cannon. Puckle's gun was a 9-shot repeater of about 1.25" bore on a flexible swiveling mount which could easily track the fastest marauder.

Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Sorry, not to derail, but semi revolver just sounds like a trike motorcycle. Worst of both worlds. Trike, you lose maneuverability and lane splitting.

Semi revolver you lose reliability and compactness.

Paraphrasing the great chaos theorist Ian Malcolm, Everyone was in a hurry to see if they could, no one stopped to think if they should...

This Puckle guy seems like a marketing genius too, marketing the square bullet to capitalize on the sentiments of the public. It’s the equivalent of the ‘infidel’ brand or the pig lube gun grease…pretty smart cookie.

Wait, hold the phone - there were no guns other than muskets when the 2A was written...!!!!

(Clutching My Pearls) I know this because that's what common sense gun grabbing is all about...!!!
