Am I the only one to find it wierd that there is a law that makes theft from the govt illegal? Isn't there a law against theft already? Why do we need a redundant law to make theft from the govt illegal?

So, if you hate crime, that's against the law? Oh, so that's why CA legislation is so against CCW laws. They don't want us to hate crime!! They want us to embrace crime, and make it our friend!!
