Same scopes, 2 different boxes

I ordered these 2 weeks apart from each other from OpticsPlanet for my 22 and airgun. Tested it to see if I liked it and served my purpose. All the parts are there. The new one has 2 more mils for adjustment per turret and weighs a few grams less. Must have caught them on a marketing change. I'm not telling people to get this as it's new, made in China and I'm not subjecting it to any recoil. But I have a SWFA 10x Mil scope and this one is comparable, for $107+tax with 30mm rings.

Can you provide a picture both boxes with the same side?

That's the point, one box is toblerone shaped. This was approximately the same side. The second scope base main screw, one ring was free spinning so I had to Dremel a line that I could use a flathead to keep it stable for installation. Hope they QCed more on the scope...
