Most folks just buy another slide. Usually G22 length, since RMR cut 34/35 length slides weren't super available since you don't need the extra sight radius. I think Brownell's has them now though. -
You can run your G35 barrel in a G22 slide... yes it sticks out a 1/2"
I don't know of any shops with CNC who do this in the bay.
They offer Nitride finish and that is as close to OEM Glock as you will get.
It does bother me that shops will cut and mill slides... and then not have a solid finish for the bare metal...Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
