This is how we change people's minds! Free gun lessons for women (or any other group

A gun rights advocacy group based in Detroit is holding its annual free firearm shooting lessons for women interested in learning about guns and personal protection. The lessons are scheduled Aug. 21-22 at target ranges in Taylor, southwest of Detroit. Pre-registration is required. Legally Armed in Detroit founder Rick Ector says the group hopes to provide lessons to 4,000 women. The sessions will include a firearm instructor’s safety briefing, use of a firearm, ammunition and range time.

Interesting that you didn't place this into the Ladies forum here.

We used to do this (Calguns) regular for the community. Women on Target was an event we put on with Turner's sponsoring providing pistols and ammo for the ladies the registered for the event.....
The C3, now the CGSSA manned and ran the event at places like Burro Canyon.

Pffft.... You offer discounted services to any one group in California and you will get sued for discrimination. It has happened already all over the State. I know a boat owner that did a ladies day cruise for 1/2 price and is being sued right now. Commifornia is out of control and instead of thinking of ways to improve a constantly deteriorating situation you might want to consider figuring out how to leave. More importantly it does not matter what the people of California want or do not want. The Lefty legislature is going to give you what they want period. They have been doing it for years and it is not going to change in your lifetime.

Took 3 years of planning, but I left Monterey in February and moved to North Florida. No masks, No bans, No BS. Can walk right into a store and buy all the ammo I want. .50Cal rifle no problem! 3-Day waiting period on firearm purchases is waived if you are a concealed permit holder (which is ridiculously easy to get btw), LEO, Servicemember or are trading in a firearm. Also waived for long guns and shotguns if you completed a hunter safety course.
