But the rear bar is lumi-glow not Tritium. The front has a tritium dot and is surrounded by a square lumiglow paint outline. Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but perhaps...

There are a lot of sights available that have a single tritium front sight and dual tritium rear sight dots that make it easy to line up the dots in total darkness.
