PSA has a complete lower for $120 and a complete blem upper for $280.

I agree: prices are wanting to fall...

Ammo, too. It seems many sellers are pushing hard to sell ammo at the current inflated prices. That tells me that they think prices will come down soon so they want to unload it fast.

Bear Creek has actual complete uppers for a better price, with BCG and charging handle. Not sure if it's up to par with PSA but it shoots ok for gov work...
