Does CFARS actually pick up the phone?

I've been on hold for 1 hour and 45minutes at the time of this post.
Has anybody ever gotten through?
I'm trying to reset my account, no link I've tried works. They actually responded to my email, the link provided didn't work either.

Finally at 1hr and 55 minutes a nice female helped me out. No more then 10mins with her and got all issues cleared and good to go. I can finally log on into my account. 40 days and counting for my COE. F@ck California.

Did you try some different web browsers?
Some of the features on the CFARS site don't work on some browsers.
Whenever I have run into a CFARS website functionality problem, switching browsers has usually fixed it.

I tried chrome and safari. I don't have Firefox or edge (explorer).
I've been using chrome without issues.

When going through the phone system from Hell go ahead and dial one or two numbers higher or lower. Usually leads to a different phone in the same office, they will cheerfully transfer you to get your stupid problems away from them as quickly as possible.

I had CFARS get back to me via email within a couple days when I inquired about my COE renewal. Solved the problem and was able to renew without any additional issues.

Yes, although you need to be patient.

My experience was about half hour. I guess it depends on luck. The gent I talked to was friendly and competent, and solved the problem.
