    Alternatively, if they took ammo back from a customer...well maybe it's just me but I don't want ammo that's been returned. Who knows what the hell the person did with it. And the store clearly didn't do their diligence with regards to checking it. If a store is reselling ammo, that should be disclosed IMO. But again, that may just be me.
