I have a level 2 stealth vest and when I wear it i get a air bubble in the front above the velcro. How wouldnone go about removing the air from the panel? Is it safe to make a hole it the cover of the panel to let the air out?

Its made by safeguard. Its a level 2 ghost/stealth vest. I have a pic showing my fingers pushing into the air bubble down to where the panel material is.Comment
