    Open for Business

Not quite sure where this fits best -

Has anyone hit a fair number of LGS, the ones previously doing "wait in line" and limiting capacity rather than Sportsmans or Bass Pro, and has info on whether they're open as walk ins, no capacity limits or lines?

I was in Turners yesterday. No wait, no lines, no masks.

Oh yeah....very little guns. Limit to 200 rounds of ammo.

They had 9mm, 22lr, 5.56. All way more expensive than before covid.

The lines at my sportsmans is for ammo and primers when a truck comes. 9mm has only gone up in price steadily there, up to 19 or 20 for a box now. Primers are about $30/k

I stepped into Turners today and they're not scanning my temp anymore.

Bass Pro in Rocklin has 9mm for 16/box

I was thinking more along the lines of Bay Area Gun Vault, River City Gun Exchange, Wild Bills, Sportsman Supply in Campbell, etc.

There is absolutely a limit. Mine in Sacramento gets a shipment in every Monday. They tell people on FB if any primers came in to pick up next day. Usually 4-10 boxes of primers and same with bottles of powder.
Then people stand in line outside for hours to be the first in line to pick up at the customer service counter. First come first serve. It sucks but it's 30 bucks.

Haven't stepped foot in a turner's in probably over a year just don't want to deal with all of the crowds. I don't have any beefs with them I have plenty of ammo and not looking to buy any firearms plus I haven't been shooting much lately

I went to Turners. Walked in. No crowds/lines. Got helped with purchase and was out in less than 10 minutes. But like I said earlier, not many guns in stock.

Did they have a lot of ammo in stock? Was it over 60 cpr for 9mm?

No idea what anyone is talking about.

Adjacent the Chivas Market at 7902 Broadway in L.A, just left of the dumpster in the alley, has never closed. Ask for "Slimmy-B". Plenty of ammo and guns for the pickin'. No lines, no waiting. Wear coat with big pockets.

I have not set foot in a LGS in a long time. Nothing to buy and ammo priced like gold nuggets. I am waiting it out.

I haven't seen 9mm for less that 30.00 a box of 50 around here. LGS has some Glocks, Berrettas, Smiths, and a few others.
