My experiences the exact opposite. Maybe the manufacture dates could explain our differences in observations?

If the Mexicans did not want the ammo in the hands of the narco-terrorists, they should have had the convoy protected by the Mexican Naval Infantry...the only dependable arm of Mexican LE/military.

When I hunt in Mexico I shoot their ammo all the time Good stuff

The cartels oversee the ammo nothing new and of course put 7 million rounds in a few trucks all together makes a whole lot of sense

I've never had any problems with any caliber Aguilla ammo, aside from a different smell to their primers.

I have been shooting Aguila for a number of years. Overall very pleased, quality ammunition. Never had an issue.

Glad to hear the majority here, so far, haven't had any problems. Bought a couple of cases a few years ago. I've only used about 1k so far and have had the occasional jam unlike CCI which I prefer.

Yeah, it has a funky smell. But compared to my coworkers & customers who I crop dust, I'm wiling to bet they wished it smelled like Agulia instead of broccoli, garlic, bell peppers, pickled eggs and beer!

In gangland, 22 cal / ammo doesn't make that loud of a POP when shot at rivals, you also have the choice of a small lightweight pistol / revolver that can be packed all day / night.

I have the exact same issue with Federal .22 ammo, pure garbage. But their higher end centerline stuff is regarded as very good.

Their 9mm bulk stuff is or was the least accurate ammo I've ever used. Makes Wolf look like high-end ammo.
