I built an RC man sized target once, heavy base with clips on the side. It never flipped over. Very easy to hit a person sized target running left or right at 5-10-15 mph with just a handgun.

The range in that video needs a higher berm, it looks pretty easy to shoot right over it while going after the drone target.
