I've got a request for anyone who's going to the Vallejo show this weekend.
Let me know if a guy selling M1 Carbine parts has his booth at the show. He normally shows up at the Cow Palace shows. I was talking with him about some barreled M1 carbine receivers he had for sale at the last SF show. The receiver on mine is cracked at the locking block and needs to be replaced. I didn't have the money at the time (he was asking $500 for the reciever with a new barrel), but the holiday bonus time is upon us now.
I don't want to make the drive from the SJ area unless he's there. I can get the ammo and jerky cheaper online.
