DWS is horrible. Lots of horror stories out of that place, including me. Granted all of the horror stories I have personally seen, have usually ended with a decent result (after months of bull****). Also, the work is sloppy. These clowns have messed up so much **** that they are no longer recommended to be used for duty guns at my department.

Go down there and get your stuff back and keep blowing their **** up until you do.

Also, calling the police will do nothing. This is strictly a civil matter and will be handled as such by HBPD.

Just make sure you document the time line and everything that has happened so far just in case you need to take them to small claims court.

Need some help from fellow calgun members. I submitted my slide a few months ago to Dynamic Weapons Solution in Huntington Beach for an optic cut and cerakote. I was told 2 to 4 weeks. After a few weeks, I requested an update on their IG account. For the next six weeks, I have been told we just moved or havent had time to check. They keep requesting my order #, even though the order number was already given during previous messages. They finally asked me to send an email (updates@dynamicweaponsolution.com) to their ‘customer service’. Its been several days and no response. I have tried calling, but it appears nobody answers the phone. After reading complaints on the BBB and on Calguns, Im not sure what to do. Please help

Should I file a police report for a stolen slide?

As noted above, it is a civil matter. No crime.

Why can't we just stick to the reputable ones? Yeah - it may take longer, but any of us are in some time-critical mission that we absolutely need to have that optic slide?
